Pad printing
In the light of our long experience with this method of decorating we have a comprehensive know how within supply of decorating solutions as well as technical accessories.
We can supply standard equipment as well as solutions of customer-specified process development tasks.
The part processes of pad printing such as colour recipes, reproduction, production of clichés and construction of fixture take place in-house.
We have equipment for single or multi colour decorating. Until investing in your own equipment becomes relevant we can offer decorating of prototypes and mass productions as sub-supplier.
The combination of pad printing and laser decorating ensures an improved colour fastening on e.g. chromium-plated objects. The combination of methods is also useful at laser engraving in a pad printed colour print for “day and night design” or numbering in predetermined colours.
We prepare recipes for special purposes. Among other things we have developed colours with very high wearing ualities fastening extremely well on silicone as well as polyurethane products.
Laser engraved clichés – prompt delivery
By a combination of computer graphic and laser technique we engrave motives in the required “pad printing quality” and preferred type of cliché.
In that way we eliminate the requisite tasks of etched clichés such as film layouts, exposure, washing procedures, etching etc.
Laser engraved thin plate clichés in anodized aluminum for instance is a very durable, perfect and economic product compared to the current types of clichés.
You can send us your cliché layouts on a disk, CD-Rom, per e-mail or we can do the programming.
