Colouration of plastic - based on liquid colours
We can supply the specific colour shades adjusted to the particular raw materiel and quantity needed for production of an order.
We can prepare recipes and supply colour concentrates for plastic parts.
All colours are test moulded before delivery and the tests are delivered for approval
If the plastic parts are to be laser adapted the colour concentrates are adjusted to be either transparent or absorbent to the laser light.
The raw material can be premixed manually or the colour can be added automatically directly into the screw cylinder of the process machinery.
We can promptly produce customer-specified colour shades if you need colour concentrates in small quantities, e.g. for prototypes and the like.
If you prefer pre-coloured (manufactured) granulate, we can also supply this in small or large quantities.
